NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On July 14, 2016 at 6:30, the Town Council of the Town of Pendleton, Indiana will hold a public hearing to consider the recommendation to accept a proposal to enter into an agreement for the lease of the former Pendleton Police Department Building located at 120 E. State Street, Pendleton, Indiana. The public hearing will be conducted at the Town Hall located at 100 W. State Street, Pendleton, Indiana. Interested parties may contact the members of the Town Manager at the Town Hall or by telephone at (765) 778-7776. Proposals and an explanation of the basis upon which the recommendation is being made will be available after 9:00 a.m., July 18, 2016 for public inspection and copying at the Town Hall from 9am-4pm, Monday-Friday.
