NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Town of Pendleton, Indiana, pursuant to IC 5-23-5 and IC 36-1-11-12, is accepting proposals for the lease of the former Pendleton Police Department Building located at 120 E. State Street, Pendleton, Indiana. Proposals should describe and will be considered primarily based on: the proposed use of the property with a preference given to a medical facility or a similar use, the proposed rent, the proposed term of the lease. Proposals should include evidence of financial responsibility and insurance. The facility may not be leased to a person who is ineligible under IC 36-1-11-16. A proposal submitted by a trust (as defined in IC 30-4-1-1(a)) must identify each beneficiary of the trust and each settlor empowered to revoke or modify the trust.
