NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing before the Area Plan Commission of Vigo County in the Council Chambers of the Vigo County Annex, 127 Oak Street, beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 on General Ordinance No. 11, 2016, An Ordinance Amending Terre Haute City Code Chapter 10, Sign Regulations. The City Council will discuss the above General Ordinance at its Sunshine meeting on Thursday, August 14, 2016 and at its Regular meeting on Thursday August 21, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Court Room. Copies of the General Ordinance and the file may be examined at the Area Planning Department for Vigo County in the Vigo County Annex, 159 Oak Street, Terre Haute, IN. Interested parties may voice an opinion at the hearing and/or file written comments concerning the proposal with the Secretary of the Commission.
