TERRE HAUTE SAVINGS MHC, INC. NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS TO BE HELD SEPTEMBER 19, 2016 Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Members of Terre Haute Savings MHC, Inc. (the Company) will be held on September 19, 2016, at 1:30 o'clock p.m., local time, at the main office of Terre Haute Savings Bank, 533 Ohio Street, Terre Haute, Indiana 47807. The purposes of the meeting are (1) to elect the following individuals as directors of the Company to serve for the noted term, and until their successors are duly elected and qualified: Patrick H. Cahill and C. Don Nattkemper (with a term to expire at the annual members' meeting in 2019); and (2) to transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof. Other than with respect to procedural matters incident to the conduct of the meeting, management is not aware of any other matters which may properly come before the meeting. The Board of Directors of the Company has fixed the close of business on July 31, 2016 as the record date for determination of members entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting and at any adjournment of the Annual Meeting.
