NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE TOWN OF ZIONSVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held by the Town of Zionsville Board of Zoning Appeals on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. in the Zionsville Town Hall, 1100 West Oak Street, Zionsville, Indiana 46077 to consider the following: Petition No. 2016-05-DSV, Kerry and Carol Dienhart request a Petition for Variance of Development Standards to exceed the requirement of 35% lot coverage to 42% lot coverage in the (RV) Residential Village Zoning District in order to allow for a new residence. The property involved is more commonly known as: 260 North Third Street, Zionsville, Indiana 46077, and is legally described as: The South Half of Lots numbered 41 and 42 in Cross Fourth Addition to Zionsville, Boone County, Indiana, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, page 1, in the Office of the Recorder of Boone County, Indiana. A copy of the Petition for Variance of Development Standards and all plans pertaining thereto are on file and may be examined prior to the Public Hearing from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except for holidays, in the Offices of the Clerk-Treasurer in the Zionsville Town Hall, 1100 West Oak Street, Zionsville, Indiana 46077. Written comments in support of or in opposition to the Petition that are filed with the Secretary of the Town of Zionsville Board of Zoning Appeals prior to the Public Hearing will be considered. The Public Hearing is open to the public. Oral comments to the Petition Variance of Development Standards will be heard at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
