INVITATION TO BID The Terre Haute Housing Authority will receive sealed bids for the for the replacement and rehabilitation of the main office roof, located at 2001 North 19th Street, Terre Haute, Indiana until 10:00 AM on the 21st day of September, 2020, at the office of the Terre Haute Housing Authority, 2001 N. 19th Street, Terre Haute, Indiana at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The project consists of the replacement of roughly 12,000 square feet of roof area and new roof covering of roughly 7,200 square feet of roof area. Replacement may include, but is not limited to the membrane, underlayment, insulation, steel deck, flashings, drains, fascia, roof hatch, roof curbs, etc. Bids will be received on the basis of a single lump sum and alternates for complete construction as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The work is to include all labor, materials, equipment, tools and appliances, transportation, all applicable taxes, permits and everything required for the entire performance and completion of the work in every detail.
